David Pinelle, Assistant Professor, School of Computer Science
University of Nevada, Las Vegas

My main research areas are human-computer interaction (HCI), computer-supported cooperative work (CSCW), and health informatics. Recent work has focused on improving the usability of tabletop display systems, on developing usability evaluation techniques for groupware, and on the role social and organizational issues play in groupware design. Before arriving at UNLV, I  worked as a researcher at McGill University in Montreal and at the Interaction Lab at the University of Saskatchewan.
